canoeing vacations, kayak vacations, new york adirondack canoe guides, guided tripsGuided Trips We Offer:

We do a variety of guided trips:

  • Guided Day Trips - Click here for Information & Schedule.
  • Excursions (partially outfitted) - Click here for Schedule.
  • Vacations (fully outfitted) - Click here for Schedule.

Guided Day Trips - Trips run daily in summer. Each trip meets and ends at one of our bases. We provide transport, guide, a great lunch and a boat (you may bring your own boat). These trips may be a paddling loop, point to point trip or include a short hike. These trips are a nice way to tie a day of paddling into your Adirondack Vacation. We take care of all the logistics (everything) so it is an easy way to entertain a group of outdoors people

Guided Excursions - We are excited about these new trips where you can share the guided experience but bring your own gear. Excursions may be a day or longer trip, usually meet at a location remote from our base, and are designed around specific themes; such as natural history, great camps, or photography.

Join our guides for the thrill of exploring new wilderness areas. Make new friends and future travel companions as you paddle and hike with us into remote sites and pristine waters. Select one of our new excursions and share an adventure.

Guided Vacations - These fully guided scheduled trips meet at our base and we provide everything from that point. They range from overnight to four nights and five days. They are either camping or lodge based trips. These trips are great for those trying out the sport or those traveling without their own gear. You provide all clothing and personal needs.

About Food, Health & Experience- We include food on all the guided trips. We believe a good guide is a great cook. Vegetarian alternatives are available for the asking. When you reserve for a trip, we will ask you some questions about your health because your health affects not only yourself but the safety of others on the trip. Age, we've found is not necessarily a factor, people in good condition from youth to 80s enjoy our trips. We ask that you not smoke in group areas, tents or boats. (Quit before you come!)

Reservations - Discounts
Reservations can be made with a deposit of one half the total trip cost. Balance is due two weeks prior to the trip (for trips in the Adirondack Park). For four or more people booking under one name and paying in full by check or cash we offer a 3% discount on the guided trips.

Below is a list of our Trips and a checklist on what to bring.

All rates are subject to change without notice.
